The Office of the CIO, now the IS Management Office. In this role I am responsible for IT strategy and transformation. My team pilots new capabilities before transitioning them to operations. Application rationalization & lifecycle management, Agile development and structuring IS using a service line model are capabilities we have piloted. We continue to work on collaborating with other operating units to create integrated plans to improve efficiency and transform the delivery of IT services.

Director of Instruction: I was responsible for the recruitment, training and on-going certification of the trainers in the Chicago office.Director of Corporate Solutions: I was responsible for selling training / organizational effectiveness consulting to companies, then delivering that training and consulting.

This was a start-up organization. I helped to recruit, train and place youth workers in congregations in the upper Midwest. I provided follow up support and consulting to those youth workers and their congregations. For 2 years I also worked part-time in youth ministry in a congregation in Northfield, IL, a northern suburb of Chicago.
