Hired on as Network Services Manager to work with the local MSO, (Cogeco) on existing and new projects. Other clients include Rogers Cable and SWIFT Network partners. Connectall Communications offers a full suite of build capability including drilling and plowing, equipment cut ins, fiber installations and terminations as well as standard co-axial installation and service. New MDU's is a specialty including running co-ax or fiber to the suite. Connectall Communications has been in business in Southern Ontario for over 20 years and is well known locally for their ability to operate under pressure and achieve successful resolutions without missing critical deadlines.

Project Manager responsible for liaison between local MSO, OSP's and Ramkey Communications. Ramkey is a full turn key operator offering a full suite of CATV services, including Residential installation and service and core construction including Aerial, Burial, Equipment Cutting, Sweeping and Fiber Splicing. On December 1, 2016, I started working for DTS Technical (http://www.dtstechnical.ca/) . DTS Technical specializes in network planning, cabling, powering and commissioning of equipment in headends and data centres. Based out of Bolton, Ontario, just outside of Toronto we are well positioned geographically, and currently have staffing resources based across Ontario.I have been hired to work out of Hamilton where I will be working as a system planner (under contract) with Rogers (https://www.rogers.com/ ). My prime role will be that of system planner for the Source Cable footprint (http://www.sourcecable.ca/ ) and assist in the planning department integration with Rogers Cable. Being local to my personal place of residence, I am still available for consulting and RF Technical writing after hours.Source Cable had been a family run business for over 50 years. It serves a footprint of approximately thirty thousand homes passed within Hamilton. Every address is within twenty kilometres of the headend and because of this proximity; Source Cable has bypassed RFoG and gone straight to GPON for its FTTH offering. Currently Source Cable has over 70 HFC nodes and over 45 GPON nodes.Roger’s Cable is Canada’s largest MSO and the fifth largest MSO in North America; it is also Canada’s largest wireless provider and the proud owners of the 2017 World Series champion Toronto Blue Jays (update, 2018 World Series champions). During this integration, Source Cable will be absorbed into Roger’s Cable and with the help that DTS Technical can offer, it will continue to be at the leading edge of technical standards across North America.

Niagara Region, Ontario

Responsible for receiving buried wire requests from staff, submitting it to contracted burial partners, clearing and completing and then validating invoices. Also doing installation inspections to ensure the quality of Cogeco's product offerings remain very high. Do regular coaching and update presentations whereby staff are informed of the burials and inspection results and then include coaching tips for the staff. I have also represented Cogeco in litigation matters on multiple occasions.

Burlington, Ontario

Responsible for daily service and installation activity throughout the Burlington, Oakville and Halton regions, including the first FTTH installs in Ontario, this transitioned into developing the current roles for FTTH technicians and developing KPI's and then using these KPI's throughout Ontario and Quebec. Management health and safety rep locally as well as on the Corporate procurement committee. Accomplishments include bringing some installation activity in house and training a group of over twenty five new technicians to do installs, and later training and blending them to do installs and service. Tasks included scheduling, performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary action when required. Employee engagement remained at or near the highest throughout Ontario, in spite of our technicians worked in some of the more difficult demographic areas.
