Successfully managed the development of 6 TLPS RFPs under end of year submission time constraints. Utilized WSMT, CCARS and ABSS data systems.- In support of the Government SPO PMs, manage the A-10 Avionics System Architecture portfolio (AVIP) of programs/projects to include development and use of Avionics system/subsystem models (AvSAP) built in accordance with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF). Managed the initiation of several A-10 Roadmaps, operational assessments/user evaluations such as Helmet Mounted Integrated Targeting (HMIT), Data Recording Management System (DRMS), LARS V12/CSEL, UDTU, Anti-Jam EGI and 12 other A-10 aircraft avionics and support equipment technology areas.- Support the Government and its former A-10 Prime Team, Lockheed Martin, by managing LMSI’s development of the first ever A-10 Avionics System Architecture, the development and implementation of the Prime-SPO IMP/IMS, directing the definition and capture of processes and documents, assessing software sustainment activities and recommending updates to ERP/CASE tools, with a goal of implementing an integrated life cycle management environment (Systems Engineering Environment) for SPO activities and the A-10 community.

- Managed a $24M portfolio of 14 aerospace programs to include management of subcontractors and MTC employees. Performed in a supervisory capacity over several MTC employees.- Assessed subcontractor performance in software development aspects of programs such as the F-16 Advanced Identify Friend/Foe (AIFF) and F-16 Enhanced Diagnostic Aid (EDNA).- Accomplished Logistics Systems Engineering Level III support to the Joint Threat Emitter (JTE), F-16 Digital Video Recorder programs and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) programs.- Prepared CDRLs (Monthly Status Reports/Financials/PM Plans/Technical Status Reports & DD250s) for Obsolescence Management/DMSMS, AEWS, F-16 and A10 programs.- Developed and/or assisted in developing proposals for: Advisory and Assistance Service solicitations such as: Early Warning Radars; Mature and Proven Aircraft (MAPA); Technical Data Management; Weather SSM Division, Aircraft modifications such as F-16 AIFF Group A Kits and Financial Management Support positions.
