Started and led Shire's Digital Marketing function, which created digital strategies and managed the execution of multi-channel initiatives for Shire's $1B+ pharmaceutical product portfolio (e.g., Vyvanse, Adderall XR, Lialda)Functions included digital marketing, CRM and database marketing, campaign management, digital marketing metrics, campaign analytics, and marketing innovation (eg, strategies for emerging channels such as mobile marketing, development of Shire's social media marketing policies and best practices). Also had direct brand management and P&L line management responsibility for several late life-cycle brands totaling over $130M in annual revenue, including Shire’s epilepsy product Carbatrol.
