- Responsible for the coordination of the Navys response to natural disasters in the U.S. also responsible for the planning and coordination of the Navy's responces for Maritime Homeland Defense.- Organized the implementation, training,operations and initial certification of Fleet Forces Maritime Operations Center.

Lead a team of 40 personnel to assess the strategic environment, measure risk, develop Naval strategy, and interpret that strategy to guide the Navy's budgetary process. Advance the maritime element of the National Military Strategy, conduct strategic planning, and advise senior leadership on naval and maritime strategy of national and international significance.

- Responsible for expanding the mission sets of the Nav's logistics fleet. Organized and led a tiered cross functional team of all military and civilian stakeholders to plan, test and employ expanded mission sets for the Joint High Speed Vessel, the T-AKE, the LMSR and other platforms. The purpose was to relieve the pressure on the demands of the Combatant Fleet.

Afloat

Managed a 400 personnel diverse workforce in physical plant maintenance, hotel services, training and operations on a $2B ship. Planned and executed maintenance projects with an aggregate value of $13M; completed on-time and under budget. Earned organizational awards for efficiency. retention and innovation.

- Responsible for defining, scheduling, and funding of the Aegis modernization plan for the Navys Cruisers and Destroyers. Additional responsibilities were management of the DDG-51 restart program, requirements development for the FLT 3 DDG and the Navy's HM&E roadmap- Co-Lead for Task Force Energy's Maritime Working Group. Developed, funded and implemented measures to reduce fuel consumption on Naval Combatants by 50%.- Lead for Task Force Climate Change's Maritime Working Group. Responsible for the development of the plan for Naval Combatants to operate safely in Arctic waters.
