I will identify the key companies and research institutes working in this sector the San Francisco Bay Area and will follow the trends in investments, entrepreneurship and grants/funding. Goal is to find promising technologies and key players in the ecosystem to find an entry point for dutch companies in the Bay Area.I will also assist with the organization of a cybersecurity delegation coming to the RSAC2018 in San Francisco. I help setting up contacts, logistics and providing relevant information about organizations and companies which have innovative cybersecurity technology or expertise.

I present and perform chemistry physics and electrical engineering experiments to interest children from all ages in science. Science on Tour visits all kinds of events, schools and companies.

I was a member of the travel committee of the Ikigai Study Tour 2017 to Japan. I was responsible with a team of students to ask around and search for interesting chemical companies and universities in Japan to visit for our study tour. We were also responsible for the organisation of cultural activities. In order to accomplish a interesting tour we used the contacts of professors and alumni to ask for a company tour and an explanation of their processes in proces technology or materials science. These trips would enrich our knowledge about the technological performances of Japanese universities and chemical companies, but also to broaden our horizon on their culture and their working culture.To get an overview of the companies we've visited, please check out our website.
