Mr. Henry manages a consulting practice which focuses on developing and implementing strategies and infrastructure for entrepreneurial companies with high growth potential. His clients include both domestic and foreign companies as well as privately and publicly held entities. Bob’s experience as a catalyst and architect of innovative business strategies and ventures helps clients identify, quantify, shape and capitalize on opportunities. Prior to consulting, he held senior management positions (President, COO and CFO) leading business turnarounds in a variety of companies and industries where he honed his skills in finance, marketing, operations and executive leadership. Bob’s career began in the Honolulu office of Ernst and Young where he led field audits throughout the Pacific Rim. He has a broad range of industry experiences including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, airline, hospitality and banking.Bob has been a member on the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards for companies and business ventures in the US, Japan and Australia, and lived in the Pacific Rim for 25 years before returning to the US and settling in Scottsdale, Arizona.
