Helped startup 3 companies from ground zero. Accepted the challenge to turn-around stalled sales offices of 2 established companies. Created a new vision for the struggling USA Group of a UK based company. The result was larger deals, minimal discounting, strong and accurate forecasting. Sales revenue increased.
