My sales career started by accident when my GM coached me; saying “you can stop taking sales reps to client visits; you’re the best Closer I have.” I transitioned to a Direct Contributor role (Outside/Inside B2B sales). That led to Account Executive, Team Leader, Branch Manager, District Manager, Area Manager, Region Manager, VP Sales, USA Group Leader, and CEO roles providing solutions for SMB, SLED and Fortune 500 companies. Helped startup 3 companies from ground zero. Accepted the challenge to turn-around stalled sales offices of 2 established companies. Created a new vision for the struggling USA Group of a UK based company. The result was larger deals, minimal discounting, strong and accurate forecasting. Sales revenue increased. The sales cycle was cut shorter. The total cost of sales was slashed. Unplanned attrition was significantly reduced. We rocked! The credit goes to my team. Proud to be their coach!What's next?
