Business Transformation Test & Conversion Coordination: culmination of a 60 project program to merge two business units onto one technology platform. Developed a cross functional script of IT and business tasks that were required to migrate a warehouse from the current platform onto the new. Coordinated four full test cycles exercising the conversion script. Functioning as the conversion lead during the 25 Live conversions Item Cross Reference; internal development effort, providing functionality to associate common item across business units, to improved ability to cross sell HIPAA Compliance: initiative to modify infrastructure components and processes to conform to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act PCI Compliance; initiative to modify internal applications and infrastructure components to conform to Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Mandatory initiative to avoid Bank levied penalties HRIS Transformation program (June 2009 – March 2011) $2.3MM initiative to modernize the core HR and Payroll system.
