    I help CEOs learn how to have their broker work directly for THEM rather than for traditional insurance companies, and by doing so this expands their options for how they buy healthcare for their employees.I am not a health insurance broker and I do not sell health insurance. Rather, I consult with CEOs, levering my 30+ years in healthcare, on how to establish a new and better relationship with their existing broker to accomplish the specific objectives the CEO has for his company and for his employees. My primary focus is to help CEOs cut their 2nd largest corporate expense in half (actuals range from 30% to 60% but it is typically about 50%) while at the same time significantly improving the employee benefit offering to help acquire and retain top talent. Often, a 50% cut in the 2nd largest corporate expense can translate to doubling a company’s profit margin.Where we have implemented Aspirational Healthcare and subsequently surveyed the employees, 98% say they would never leave their employer because they LOVE the healthcare benefits so much.
