In my role I manage a team of 8, which includes 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 4 HR Business Partners to support our operations. My team and I oversee several areas: Recruitment and Staffing - job posting, recruitment events, headhunting, candidate screening and selection. Coordination of onboarding and orientation.Employee Relations: - Address employee concerns, conduct investigations and provide opportunities to engage employees.Employee Development: - Identify training needs and help manage the completion of assigned training. Work with management to support succession planning.Performance Management: - Coach and counsel employees and managers, manage corrective action process and manage annual performance appraisal process.Compliance and Policy Management: - Make sure we are compliant with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Strategic Initiatives: - Work with HR Director to make sure our goals are aligned with the company goals and initiatives.

In my role I was responsible for providing all Human Resources activities to support the Milwaukee operations. These activities include: Recruitment and Staffing: - Job posting, recruitment events, screenings, interviews, selections, on-boarding, and orientations.Employee Relations: - Coaching and counseling, employee investigations and managing the disciplinary processLeave of Absence: - Managed FMLA, ADA and worker's comp.
