Deliver in-depth post-sales designs by working with cross-functional teams consisting of customer IT implementers, project managers, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate with the sales team and project manager by leading design reviews to identify gaps in the solution sold to the customers and meet goals. • Provide subject matter expertise to both customers and the sales teams to ensure all technical requirements and objectives are met• Create customer-approved designs consisting of all technical details and site readiness to ensure that Dell-badged or partner delivery resources receive and understand the design before any resource is dispatched to a customer site• Provide guidance as a technical leader to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction with regard to server / storage design, service design, planning and implementation. • Supply Level 2 support functions to Deployment Engineers working in the customer environment by helping to install, diagnose, and troubleshoot any issues with the deployment. • Deliver knowledge transfer and product orientation to Dell customers

Cincinnati, Ohio Area

Act as Technical Liaison, Subject Matter Expert, and in some instances Project Manager for Dell Storage customers. Develop highly technical installation documentation which outlines the configuration of Dell Storage SAN components (iSCSI and Fibre Channel storage arrays, Ethernet and FC switches, servers, and tape libraries). In-depth technical configuration discussions with customers regarding their hardware and services purchase; how to best configure SAN equipment in the customer environment. Document those discussions, deliver the documentation to the customer and Dell Field Engineer for installation.Project Management for certain Dell Storage projects - I initiate post-sales contact with the customers, send technical surveys, and keep the project on track to meet both customer and Dell expectations for installation delivery

Implement, configure, maintain Dell and Dell|EMC Storage Area Networks and all attached devices. Work with CLARiiON and Dell Fibre Channel and iSCSI storage, Brocade, McData, and Cisco FC switches, and Windows/Linux/VMware hosts.
