Senior Operations Analyst
Monitor Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Information Dominance programs for Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO).• Performs duties as Operations Officer: tracking taskers; tracking budget issues with Financial Analyst; following personnel actions; updating calendars; maintaining file system; editing correspondence; and preparing weekly organizational meetings; interfacing with senior leaders when appropriate.• Monitors seven different technological solutions to various shortcomings in real world problems as directed by the Secretary of the Army (SA), Chief of Staff Army (CSA), and ASA(ALT). Direction comes from this Board of Directors.• Monitoring three (3) programs that will provide combat vehicles enhanced cyber resiliency by conducting real-time threat detection using three different modalities to prevent or mitigate malicious attacks: Controller Area Network (CAN) Bus intrusion; RF Emissions; and evaluating power consumption.• Two (2) Tactical Cyber programs are prototype expeditionary systems designed to allow forward operators to conduct tactical cyber operations, electronic warfare (EW), and Information Operations.• Monitoring the development of processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) tools that can automate and assist the analysis of full motion video (FMV) and wide area motion imagery (WAMI).• Working to deliver a mature operational multi-domain machine-to-machine (M2M) integrated software infrastructure that orchestrates tactical mission execution and federated edge processing by fusing data from Army Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and commercial satellite Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) providers.
