Current• Diligently explore and manage a client’s needs and expectations, ensuring the client always has a policy that best suits their needs. • Ensure that proper client engagement is followed through, mindful of the constant need for proactivity, to minimize administration lapses.• Carefully monitor credit control and always insist on prompt payment of premiums by customers, robustly enforcing sanctions, such as cover suspension, if necessary. • Positively deal with claims at every stage of the claims cycle, from intimation, through insurer, customer, and service provider liaison, to satisfactory conclusions. • By the claim’s workflow process, take proactive control of claims from the moment they are reported, record them accurately, and follow them up. • Be diligent in producing and distributing client documentation, keeping all records up-to-date, and getting renewals out well before the due dates.• Proactively handle all client queries, including policy benefit interpretation, cross-selling and up-selling, fact-finding, follow-ups, and reporting
