Job Description :( Handling Retail Branch Operations & Sales)• Controlling & coordinating with teller & FDO’s for branch operations.• Checking of vouchers & Operational activities. • Interviewing, Appointing & Training of FDO’s & BDE’s for branch business & growth. • Check on Cash Receipts, Payments, Offloads, Cash Balancing, Cash Bundling & Vault Custodian.• DD/MC Issuance, Cancellation, Cheque Deposits, Cheque Return, Counter return, Fund Trfs & Outstation Cheque Collection. • Handling Counter Customer, Customer Complain, Customer Query Report Generation & filling.• Daily check on erosion & deepening of funds in GL.• Liaison with external Customers, Retail Operations, Audit, IT, Currency Chest, ATM Vendors & RBI Officials. • Keeping update with all Procedures & Circulars, Ensuring adherence of them at all times, LTR Suspense, TOD Reporting, and Referrals from Customers & Generating Leads. • Check on income leakage.• Motivating & Controlling Business Development Executives for increasing Business & GL size of Branch.• Meeting with CEO, CFO & Directors of Corporate for New Business and Corporate A/c with us.• Banking Software known Finacle /Finware (Achievements): Successful completion of two branch Audit with Satisfactory Report & (AAA & AA rating). Got two staff promoted with handsome salary hike. Opened 35 high end A/c’s of bank with a balance of 27CR at quarter end & FA closing. During the first month of branch inauguration got a corporate client with 60 Cr turnover per annum. Till date no customer complain, no short/excess booking in branch registers. Within two years, GL size of branch was 52 Cr with 100% satisfied customer.
