A developer turned technopreneurIn 2004, I began my career as a developer. Working as a software developer, I was involved in projects both big and small in magnitude. Starting from coding for multiple projects, developing desktop applications for various clients, designing the database, developing and implementing major projects, I have had the opportunity to lead teams that are both small and large in strength using multiple technologies.Four years into playing multiple roles in my career I realised that there was a significant gap between the client’s requirements and the solutions delivered by companies. Being a software enthusiast who is centred in delivering top-notch solutions, I was invested in creating a model where the developers could directly communicate to the clients for understanding every nuance of the client requirement. Therefore, I believed that the concept of a business analyst was redundant when it came to a developer-heavy environment focusing on immediate results. Being a developer myself, my passion is building challenging solutions that are advanced and dynamic. With this in mind, I embarked on my journey and founded Toobler in 2008 along with 2 other partners who shared the same vision.What began with just 3 developers including me in 2008, has now grown to almost 70 developers in a few years catering to over 126 businesses worldwide.
