Currently, I’m a Project Manager at Digitalizuj.Me, a non-governmental organization that empowers citizens and organizations in Montenegro to embrace opportunities for social change and business in the digital landscape. In this role, I combine my passion for youth development with my interests in finance and social media to create impactful projects that drive growth and transformation.Previously, I worked as a Business Manager at Youth Innovation Lab Montenegro, where I helped facilitate youth empowerment initiatives and collaborated with partners like UNICEF to foster social impact through innovative programs. My background in economics provides me with a strategic approach to problem-solving and project management, enabling me to navigate complex challenges effectively.I hold a BA degree in economics and am currently pursuing my MA in the same field. For the past seven years, I’ve worked with adolescents and youth on participation, skill-building, and preparing them for their future careers. I’ve also contributed to a variety of projects and programs, many of which focused on empowering young people.I am also a co-organizer of TEDxPodgorica, an event aimed at inspiring people to question the status quo and initiate local change.
