As Systems Administrator, my primary focus is the continued implementation and support of Salesforce for our Customer Service department. With responsibilities also on Cisco Telephony systems, and anything else systems, server and network related. Being part of the most dynamic and efficient team of IT professionals at American Furniture Warehouse is very rewarding, as it's not so much a "job". Also continuing to help with process efficiencies in the IT department and across the company.

As the TSE III, in the "Lead" position, supporting TSEs in Arizona and Colorado, and soon Texas, my goal is to be part of the most dynamic and efficient team of IT personnel.

Supporting all 14 American Furniture Warehouse locations:2 in Arizona (Gilbert [where I work] & Glendale), and 12 in Colorado.

Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook (all versions), Microsoft Office (all versions), Systems and Applications, Remote Desktop, VPN, Network Printers and Scanners.

Solving connectivity issues for customers with high speed cable internet service, including: TCP/IP connectivity, browser troubleshooting, email services. Solving VoIP telephony issues for customers. Solving cable TV issues for customers.

Instruction for Sales & Service reps on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and sales transition techniques. System and Process instruction. Facilitating sessions in formal classroom environment, via web and one-on-one.

Troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution for connectivity issues for customers with DSL and dialup connections. Peer to peer coaching of lesser experienced reps.
