From building businesses, investing in real estate, managing public companies one can attain an amazing wealth of knowledge from a lifetime of continuous education.From my first business selling products in elementary school and also in Jr. High School I went on to build a large printing business that I ran for over 34 years. After selling that business I became the CEO of a Public Company. I transformed that company from extremely negative to highly profitable. I then moved to rehabbing houses. All my occupations have given me tremendous opportunities building business’s and achieving my personal goals. As someone committed to producing the best possible result, I pride myself in cultivating an enthusiastic work environment in which everyone is motivated to perform to their greatest potential.My business experience began with building a large printing company from the ground up. For 34 years I spearheaded Artisan Screen Process Inc., a business that boasted over 60 production lines, with up to 400 employees. Artisan was highly regarded throughout the screen-printing industry for decorating the most unusual shape containers and I still get consulting request calls today. After selling that company I became the CEO of a publicly traded company, SET Corp. I transformed their $5 Million deficit into a $2.5 Million profit in just over two years. During my directorship I negotiated the terms and shut down of two unprofitable divisions and built 2 large oil field Salt Water Disposal plants in Utah and North Dakota. I went on to flipping houses, investing in rental properties and buying Notes backed by real estate. I have always liked the security of real estate and it allows me to use my building background while having fun creating beautiful homes from old run-down houses.In addition to investing in Real Estate I have negotiated large scale acquisition strategies. I recently completed a successful acquisition of a company for over $18,000,000. I worked with an established company that needed investment and corrective actions and put together a win-win strategy that was extremely profitable for both parties. Many years of experience in production, design, financials, management and strategic planning has given me a unique understanding of balancing the operational costs and objectives with the financial reality of the business.
