During my internship at The Happy Leader Company, I played a role in supporting the company's overseas expansion plans. My responsibilities included conducting market research to map the demand for and competition in the field of leadership courses and masterclasses. I also worked with the team to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to audience needs and preferences. I also had the role of moderator, where I supervised workshops.In addition, I contributed to growing the company's presence on Social Media (LinkedIn and Instagram) by implementing an upload scheduling plan and refining content strategies based on data-driven insights. Through continuous evaluation and improvement, I have helped increase the company's online visibility and engagement on the platforms.Overall, my internship experience has equipped me with valuable skills in market research, marketing strategy development, and social media management, preparing me for future roles in business and digital marketing.
