Kwal Paint was a fast growing $85 million paint manufacturer and retailer with 53 stores in six states. • Led business through a 6-year, 130% sales growth and 160% profit growth period.• Consistently exceeded annual cash flow targets with cash flow totaling over 90% of profit. • Directed IT planning and development. Designed a proprietary point of sale software system which provided customer service, inventory control and store management functionalities.• Integrated two strategic acquisitions in 18 months.
