For over 30 years, I held a variety of management positions in National and Local broadcast television with major broadcast organizations. Until June 2015, my most recent position was Sr. VP, Director of Sales for the 14 Owned and Operated CBS Television Stations in New York directing the national sales effort of our 10 sales offices. In this role I worked with with the O&O stations on inventory, pricing, and overall sales strategies, and directed efforts with the sales offices in growing our traditional business as well as developing clients for sponsorship in events such as the Grammy Awards, and our NFL Football, NCAA Basketball and Football, PGA Golf sports properties. In this position, I also directed the CBS TV Sales Training Program. In the last 10 years, we have placed over 15 sales people at our national sales offices and local TV stations.In a prior management positions at Group W Television, I had been instrumental in developing the various sales tools and applications for pricing and forecasting that are still in use at CBS.Over the past several years I have also had the opportunity to guest lecture at the Newhouse School at Syracuse University on the subject of television media sales,as well as agency buying and planning.
