Reduced Property Taxes by eliminating two warehouses of old unused equipment by 150%.  Grocery Works – Implemented PeopleSoft Assets Management insured all IT and PP&E equipment was documented and implemented the Project Module for Capital Project purposes. After found firm was making a profit versus burning through investments. .  AMFM, Inc – Wrote the Policies, Procedures and Technical documentations along with an electronic filing system within 3 months reducing staff by 7 FTE along with:  Developed and provided weekly capital expenditure project reports for $250M rolling-quarter capital expenditure budget with 5 quarters. Used Job Cost methods with Capital Projects. Using Cost Workflow and a hybrid Activity Based Management system reduced the processing time for capital expenditure request and approvals from 4 to 5 weeks to 1 day.  Won the 1999 Institute of Management Accountant’s IT Achievement Award for this system.
