About Robert (Bob) Koncelik

How often does one find themselves in the same room at the same time as the capital, idea, product, team, customer and will that will drive forward some meaningful business success? Let me make it simple for you: It’s a daunting task trying to find this room! But as a seeker, you keep looking.My past 10 or so years as a forward-thinking entrepreneur, business developer, and super-connector were often spent working with various entrepreneurs to raise Seed-Series A financing (mostly within CRE Tech, ConTech, Supply Chain, Web 3, FinTech & InsureTech), or within the commercial real estate investing ecosystem. I have an uncanny ability to envision how seemingly unrelated things can harmonize to benefit organizations and communities, and thus have a track record of creating opportunities by establishing productive relationships and inter-weaving them. That said, getting paid for these efforts, which I would define as true business development, is not always easy. Continually seeking to define "What's Next?" for me, I have found my "tribe" in a company that contains people with whom I can really make something happen. AlianzaDuffy is providing me focus and agency that I will leverage to make our product basket something around which the hyper-dynamically changing “Work” environment will pivot. Weaving this basket with the fibers I have milled through my constant “network learning” will be fun and effective! It’s clear that how I (and many fellow Gen X-ers) earned a living in the past won’t exist in the future. Therefore, I am dedicated to continually obtaining new skills, building emotional intelligence, creating wealth, “right-sizing” my network and achieving spiritual clarity.     My recent past years were spent within the CRE & Con Tech ecosystem, whereas I learned many things and met some high-quality people. This role will utilize my connecting and BD skills to relaunch and grow a luxury, glass wall brand, known for its high-end performance and engineering. Tecno has thoughtfully reorganized, particularly around the area of US distribution strategy. Their newly-minted, domestic, logistical plans are impressive, which is why I decided to be part of this new team of professionals who vehemently care about the results of their actions. In all seriousness, who would invest in the ability to cut their own glass if it wasn’t solving a big problem? This is as precision as it gets! There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that the office market will undergo a massive repositioning, reorganization and right-sizing over the next 10 years. Some may argue this will become the “True Work Market,” which will happen building by building everywhere. There is little doubt that a significant part of this metamorphosis will be the continual enabling of flexibility to space layout and functionality. There are many dots to connect here, but one can bet any interior product will need to help work get done with less distractions. Performance and beauty at the same time? What a concept! Buying this brand for a space makes a statement that you care about high standards and providing the best place to work that you can. Skimp somewhere else!

Much of this is quite valuable to the right company because it can be continued since, because of financial reasons, the company is currently being closed.

    Sourced potential new customers and channel partners. The concepts were simply too early for the marketplace. Fast Office was a platform that was designed to provide commercial landlords and/or tenant brokers a tool to lease space faster and more effectively. Fast Office worked to merge the space tour and test-fit process by providing editable, 3D animation clips of available spaces. We had redefined the phrase "test fit" and referred to our process as a "decision fit." These tours would have enabled tenants to visualize the proposed space, how they fit into this space and the total cost of a project. If a tenant can immediately visualize a space to suit their needs, obtain on-demand editing during an online, collaborative meeting, and know the all-in cost of a transaction right then and there, they would be more apt to negotiate and sign a lease. Our cloud-based 3D decision-making platform would have accomplished this result. On the back-end of a completed transaction, the system would have provided a streamlined system for the procurement and ordering of the furniture & flooring shown in the 3D animated tours. All services would have been provided by like-minded, approved, local members of the Fast Office network who would ensure that whatever it is that the tenant was comfortable purchasing from their virtual space tours can be delivered on time and on-budget, all with no bait & switch games.
