    US Air Force Cloud One App MigrationsI have been leading the efforts to assess and migrate On-Prem applications into the Air Force Cloud One (C1) Environments. Working closely with C1 leadership and Mission App Teams to not only deliver apps but build relationships and train teams along the way to ensure they can effectively manage the apps post migration. I have contributed to improvements in this strong process driven engagement. Recently I have been managing an initiative to bring Apache NiFi in as a common service into C1 solving integration problems with legacy systems that have blocked several migrations.McDonald’s Global Web CommerceI stepped into this project that was inappropriately treated only as a “back up” for the mobile ordering track of work within the Client organization. When a key global Market showed interest in its use there was a scramble to bring the project up to standards. I documented and aligned requirements with the mobile version and increased the level of client attention and knowledge and brought rigor and planning to ensure all dependent systems and clients were aligned. This node.js application was eventually piloted in the China Market and was the first application within McDonald’s to implement a corporate provided delivery process.McDonald’s Global Mobile ApplicationWith my knowledge of McDonalds’s core systems and ordering, I joined the project in maintenance mode utilizing a KANBAN process to deliver the maximum value for each sprint across a variety of Markets and priorities. I facilitated cross-platform native app launches in the US, Canada, China, UK and Australia.

This efficiency decreased maintenance of the sites by 45%. I also established a rural/offshore distributed development team that lowered development costs by 30% and provided scalability of available resources.

I contributed to the development of a Global CMS solution for Chrysler Group that centralized production of sites within a single implementation. The solution accounted for markets with all levels of budget and marketing abilities. This self-service solution was utilized by 36 markets and resulted in 75 traditional sites and 9 mobile experiences with support for 44 language locales. I also developed a custom OLA production solution that reduced development of over a thousand units to a matter of hours. By utilizing an interface to modify the data each month, and automating the production tools, these offer-based ads could run in market for almost the entire month. Previously, due to the length of production, they were only active for just over a week.
