I am an experienced corporate tax lawyer, who regularly advises on high end real estate taxation, corporate reconstructions, the taxation of funds and asset managers, start-up / high-growth companies and business owners. I frequently advise investors, developers and funders on a wide range of real estate tax matters relating to UK land, commercial property and the living sector – including affordable housing, build to rent (BTR), student accommodation and assisted living facilities. I am known by my peers as a specialist in property taxation and LBTT.
