Bob Luxen: Board Certified Attorney in Labor & Employment Law, Employment Related Litigation in state and federal trial courts as well as appellate courts.Bob represents clients in employment related litigation and provides counsel regarding labor and employment law obligations and alternatives.He is committed to communicate at every step of the representation, discuss options, explain consequences of choices, agree on goals and strategy, involve clients in decisions, and to make sure that clients have copies of all related documents.Bob is both an avid runner and cyclist. He has ridden in the grueling100 mile Hotter’N Hell Hundred bicycle ride in August in Wichita Falls, Texas over 20 times. He has also ridden RAGBRA, the largest bike touring event in the world, that crosses the State of Iowa.He serves an arbitrator in employment cases on behalf of the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as well as an arbitrator and mediator in employment cases on behalf of the National Arbitration & Mediation Inc.Mr. Luxen also provides consulting and opinions to lawyers, law firms, and employers regarding the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct, ethics questions, and conflict-of-interest issues.
