Responsible for winning new business by managing the entire RFQ process from early quote to final award.• Managed the customer relationship and local design team developing a climate control design proposal for a first of its kind US made B-class vehicle. Resulted in immediate sourcing of this very high volume program.• Led the design and proposal team competing against seven other companies for the first new PACCAR heavy truck business in 20 years. Achieved a unanimous overall best proposal and recommendation by customer purchasing and engineering.• Provided USA team leadership for a new Nissan global B-Car quotation. Led teams from Mexico, Japan, and China and coordinated their responses. Produced a win of this first ever, high volume program sourced by Nissan for global production.• Coordinated and presented the RFQ response for the all new Saturn Vue vehicle climate controls. Achieved a first for Visteon win of General Motors business.• Headed a team comprised of supervisors, engineers, purchasing, plant and finance personnel to winning results. This resulted in production of all Ford related business from 2000-2005 and the first new Nissan business in 2003.

Complete execution of all Audio-Video processes for weekly services and special events. Expert at audio mixing for live band or recording events. Manage audio and video recording, editing and post production processes. Administrate and directly manage a team of five A-V technicians.

Responsible for the design, testing and application of various components and processes used in a modern automotive systems.• Design and Release for switching devices, electric actuators, and complete mechanical and electronic controls. Worked extensively with design teams to specify and deliver products that met all functional and decorative requirements. Resulted in complete prove out of individual components and working systems on time and within cost guidelines.• Manufacturing Engineer implementing processes to launch the brand new 1986 Taurus/Sable vehicles. Led an eight member team which decreased customer complaints and warranty costs by 50% over a 3-5 year period. Drove changes to process and design resulting in assembly cost reductions of $2M.• Led the plant electrical presentation team that resulted in winning the Ford Q1 award for the Atlanta Assembly plant.

• Traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada to Ford and Chrysler assembly plants as the first line liaison between the Automotive Products Division and its customers.• Provided quality assurance and part engineering support for wiring harnesses used in automobile manufacturing. Provided 8-D analysis and on site action.
