I have devoted my professional life to helping leaders create positive change. For 32 years, I have worked closely with CEOs, C-suite leaders, and Executive Teams all over the world. While I do not believe there is a single set of rules or best practices that make a great leader, I do know that great leadership is a purposeful act. I guide my clients to define their context, understand themselves, and evolve to provide the leadership that the times and their organization require.Most clients hire me to partner on complex change initiatives. I enjoy working alongside leaders to co-create a change strategy and bring that roadmap to fruition. I draw on deeply held beliefs and extensive experience while striving for curiosity, objectivity, flexibility, and creativity. I’m constantly challenging myself not to walk in with my hammer and swing at everything that looks like a nail. I enjoy collaborating inside client organizations with people at all levels, working together to create positive change. You don’t need to have “Chief” in your title to be a leader.
