Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with incredibly talented people in the development of processes and programs leading to product innovation and manufacturing scale-up. In my current role as an Application Specialist, I design explosion protection systems to protect life and save property for industrial processes where explosive dust atmospheres exist. Previously, I have been involved in engineering recruitment, establishing an engineering recruitment practice for Spherion Corporation and worked for client companies in the Kansas City area, the Midwest and nationally.With Sprint, I managed corporate inventory practices for the Motorola sites, eight major cities and Hawaii, through the resident inventory specialists. For the Supplier Disbursements Department, as Quality Development Manager, I led a team of eleven business analysts to instill Six Sigma practices across several business process groups. In the flat panel display industry, I led manufacturing process development including twisted nematic, dichroic, smectic, AMLCD, FED technologies and was the Assembly Operations Manager for a Silicon Valley start up. Product exposure includes avionics display modules, projectors, printer /copier, direct view displays. I hold two patents for a ceramic vacuum display structure.
