For my master thesis, I investigate the role of circular starters in the food sector in a transition to a circular economy. My hypothesis is that circular starters make a significant contribution to the circular transition and that established companies can learn from circular start-ups, especially with regard to the implementation of such a disruptive and creative concept as circular business model innovations. In addition, that start-ups can strengthen their position in the sector by collaborating with various actors in ecosystems.

In 2018 some things will change in the laws and regulations of the greenhouse sector. The family business wants to know what measures should be taken to comply with it and to be emission-free in the long term.

Researched the cause of a highly polluted stream and lagoon and created an inspection and management model for onsite waste water treatment systems on Waiheke Island, North Island New Zealand. Also managed Zero Waste Events, septic tank health and composting workshops.
