Bob has been an Oregon attorney since 1980.Bob serves as a mediator & arbitrator, particularly in business disputes. He also continues to represent parties in securities investment claims and disputes between business owners, including business breakups.Bob is author of several books, including Oregon Securities Law Handbook, Oregon Corporate Law Handbook and Washington Corporate Law Handbook. He is past Chair of the Oregon State Bar's Business Litigation Section and past Chair of its Securities Regulation Section. He has also been a member of the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates.Bob was the 2021 recipient of the Castles Leadership Award, established in 1998 to recognize an Oregon lawyer for excellence in the practice of business law, professionalism among fellow business lawyers and outstanding community leadership.
