I'm Bob McGowan, I use my experience, knowledge and skills gained from working as a coach in education, business and sport to develop improved performance for individuals, groups and organisations. I adopt an 'eclectic approach' to coaching and provide a neutral and confidential perspective. I adopt innovative approaches in response to 'change', reacting and adapting to the needs of clients. Where appropriate I also work in association with other professionals.
