Lead technical discussions with small to midsize manufacturing organizations on the use of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) sensors and systems utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to drive ROI opportunities. Chart course for revenue growth through costs reductions, process efficiencies and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness).

Reporting to the CFO, led the transitional service efforts for a $2.0B company divestiture, project provided oversight and management to several global work teams with the following key activities:-Organizing global extended teams to manage in-country activities-Development of governance models to provide structure post separation-Design pricing models for business work stream owners-Construction of all schedules and templates for contractual agreements-Compile all business terms and conditions for contracts and legal reviews

Led efforts to identify new Corporate Global Sourcing group for contract design and manufacturing. Responsible for developing sourcing strategies for supporting R&D and Manufacturing Operations in China, India and Brazil. Structured and had oversight for three sourcing technology work streams responsible for $450M in spend. Initiated scorecard for CM's, capability metrics, supplier selection process along with year over year productivity improvement savings of approximately $10m.

Developed, managed and led a diverse group of advanced engineering teams to finalize product design, procure rapid prototypes, design assembly tooling, validate products and processes to launch new innovative medical devices. With a team of 140 engineers and an annual budget of $20M we launched 30 new products over a three year period with a revenue stream of $550M. Developed Technology Roadmap to support new ventures and resource allocations for R&D and seven large scale international manufacturing plants. Led all operational due diligence for acquisition and merger activity.
