Responsible for development and deployment of Novell Application Launcher Objects; Developed standardization of testing procedures to be used for Quality Assurance testing completed NAL Objects, as well as meeting all relevant FDA Validation requirements.

Managed Y2K lab operations during all testing activity including clock rollover, server and client coordination, validated documentation, as well as post-test restoration of testing environment. Coordinated scheduling of Y2K testing for 181 high-criticality, validated application systems, IBM desktop hardware, Compaq server hardware, HP Netserver hardware, all server and desktop operating systems, including NT Server 4.0, Novell Netware 4.11, and HP-UX 10.20.

Developed Exchange architecture to support 500 clients in 6 locations in the US and UK. Implemented Exchange core services as well as X.400 Connectors to remote locations, Directory Replication Connectors, the Internet Mail Connector, and the MS Mail/Schedule+ Connector to facilitate the migration from MS Mail to Exchange. Coordinated the installation and configuration of Exchange servers in remote locations.

Responsible for maintaining the New Technology Lab (47 Compaq Servers 3000's thru 7000's), and building the test environment for application testing based upon the requirements of internal customers (developers and application owners).
