As the Practice Lead, I managed the business, functional and technical requirements development spanning 14 categories of technology supported by 72 vendor evaluation work streams. Utilizing a combination of paid, earned and owned media, the GE Capital Bank strategy generated $16B in deposits. Led digital transformation initiatives within FinTech vertical at First Data, Clover and Bank of America and Health vertical at Anthem and Ipsen with teams located in Atlanta, Chicago, New York and Boulder.Trade was selected to lead the due diligence team in concert with Jeffries & Co., PWC and Ad Media Partners on the $295M acquisition of Olson, owned by (Mountaingate Capital).
