Assisted customers in installation, configuration, performance tuning, development, and migration to NuoDB.

Previously, I had managed Centive/EIM next-generation sales commission software design, development, and implementation using IE as browser, WebLogic and WebSphere as web and application servers, and Oracle 8i and 9i, and Microsoft SQL Server as database servers.I gathered and executed customer-defined project requirements to develop system supporting 30,000 payees and over 50M monthly transactions through software designed and developed with two-key requirements performance and flexibility. • Served as technical implementation team lead, ensuring optimal performance and flexibility of software design, database configuration, performance tuning, and coding. • Oversaw successful implementations within two divisions of AIG Sun America and Valic.

I had been involved in the development and enhancement of MIS application for the Equipment Systems Division (ESD) community of Hanscom AFB with applications developed/enhanced for financial management, project management, and presentation management activities AC-DISPLAY, AUTOBUDGET, CDMS, FACTSHEETS, FINPLAN, FORMS, and POM.Involved and responsible for all system management definitions of operation system procedures, upgrading system software and hardware/software maintenance. Converted all accounting programs written in DIBOL from a DEC PDP system to a DEC VAX/VMS system.

As a cooperative education student I designed, developed and coded programs for cash management, marketing analysis, statistical analysis and graphic representation.I also:• Planned, developed and supervised a project used in analyzing the absenteeism of the Pitney Bowes employees.• Researched and implemented an information system for tracking of regional employment. Designed for the purpose of projecting sales more effectively.• Main consultant to all users of RS/1. Developed and presented a seminar and workshop on its capabilities and uses.• Documented and developed over 40 programs (including a data dictionary) facilitating applications of RS/1 for its users.
