We help coach new motorcycle riders with the skills to enjoy motorcycling and ride safely.

Lead a staff of 5 operations managers who led 36 front line managers, supervised over 500 employees in 6 New England States; responsible for annual revenue of 526 MM and operating budget of 80 MM.

Administered Hiring and Training programs for the sales and service department of 3,000 employees, and their management teams. Developed and facilitated home office training for management teams. Implemented new hiring processes like behavioral interviewing, and added science to the process with a validated employment test to measure success.
