My core values are curiosity, sincerity, integrity, empathy and openness. iCabbi is the World Leader in Dispatch Technology - bringing taxi companies to the forefront of their industry technology-wise.On June 8, 2018, Groupe Renault acquired a 75% majority interest in iCabbi, furthering their ambition to become a B2B mobility operator, and later acquired the remaining 25% in 2023. iCabbi provides agile, flexible world class cloud based taxi dispatch systems, online booking engines and taxi booking apps that integrate seamlessly with each other. iCabbi has fully integrated with a range of consumer products that takes taxi businesses to the very highest levels of technology by automating a high percentage of customer bookings and internal processes, thus bringing efficiencies and cost savings to the business. These include white labelled consumer apps, web booker and IVR. With over 100k cars using our systems, we have achieved 70% market penetration in Ireland in our target segment of companies of over 50 cars. We are the leading enterprise dispatch provider in the UK with half of the 500+ vehicle taxi companies using iCabbi (more than the second and third providers put together). With c. 2000 employees we have growing teams in Dublin, Ireland (HQ); Rotherham, UK; the US and Canada. In 2014 we entered the North American market. We have over 230 customers (31k cars) in the US and Canada and have some of the best known taxicab companies on our books. In 2019 we entered the Australian market quickly taking 15% of the market, then entered the New Zealand market shortly after.In 2019 we made our first foray into the South American market by acquiring local dispatch technology company Original Software who service 11k taxis and have ambitious growth plans.iCabbi also has a growing presence across the Nordics.
