Here is a summary for my StrengthsQuest. I pretty agree with most of these points in the report and maybe for some of them, I -Responsibility makes me a reliable person. If I receive a task from work and i commit to it, I would finish it before the deadline even if I don't show up in the office. Because I don't like leave my job unfinished. And I like being honest with people, maybe this is another reason makes me reliable.----Arranger gives me a good insight to analysis people's working style. And this really helps me to organized a group of people as a leader.
