I worked at a variety of campaigns over the lst several years. I worked for New York State Assemblyperson Mike Blake in fall 2016, presenting him analysis and recommendations on district school quality and swing state 2016 results. I canvassed for the final weeks of the Hillary for New Hampshire campaign and for the final seven days of the Jon Ossoff for Congress campaign. I prepared my policy analysis exercise on targeting districts in Louisiana for the Louisiana Democratic Party.

Graduated May 2018. Excelled at yearlong sequences in policy analysis, negotiations, and statistics. Excelled at electives including The Internet and Political Campaigns, Running for Office and Managing Campaigns, Speechwriting, Op-Ed Writing, and Adaptive Leadership. Analyzed interviews, voter file and election data using Stata and Excel to complete Policy Analysis Exercise (thesis) "Targeting Legislative Seats in Louisiana in 2019" for the Louisiana Democratic Party. Published political op-eds in multiple states.

I helped Lina Hidalgo get her campaign off the ground through policy work. The campaign is for county-wide executive in the country's third biggest county. I collaborated with Lina and her manager to identify focus policy areas and design detailed policy proposals, especially her flood management plan. I hired and managed a remote part-time staff of five, a mix of paid and unpaid interns. I worked about 20 hours/week for her through the fall, but needed to give it up once my academic work ramped up around finals time.

I worked at SiX for the summer. I authored 10 policy briefings summarizing succesful state legislative efforts on taxes, income inequality and immigration.
