Bobby kindly asked them to wait since he was viewing sensitive information, and the coworker responded "oh, I don't care." Bobby responded quickly, "I do." He hid his work from view, turned to the coworker with a great, big smile and asked what was going on. Maybe 15 minutes later, he was teaching me Pretty Woman on his acoustic guitar. He always made sure to take moments in his day to make his colleagues feel appreciated and supported. So much so that our entire company pitched in to make a video of everyone remotely saying good morning to him, something we all missed about being in our office. When you hire someone for your People Team, there is no better fit than someone like Bobby. He is a passionate professional, but he is first a great friend. Upon speaking to and meeting him, you'll instantly understand why that is. I cannot recommend Bobby Pearson highly enough.
