Mindfulness@ believes that individual and collective mindfulness is the foundation for the well-being of all employees and the well-being of the organization culture at Meta Platforms. Mindfulness@ offers programs for Meta employees to learn, practice, and integrate mindfulness into their life. Mindfulness@ pursues secular mindfulness practices and welcomes all kinds of beliefs and traditions. I am a global co-lead for Mindfulness@ Meta—an employee-led community of meditators empowering our workplace to cultivate a greater sense of clarity and presence. I have facilitated weekly meditations, implemented mindful training programs, and I'm the co-host of our speaker series. We are also building relationships with Responsible Innovation and Reality Labs, the latter of which we were the primary pilot facilitators for "VR Wellrooms", a weekly support group taking place in the Metaverse.
