The project will include a hospital, healthcare campus, retail, multi-family, retirement, and recreation. Construction of the hospital and first medical office building were completed in 2020. The next 80,000 sq. ft. medical office building is in development and will begin construction in Spring of 2023. -Managing partner of Las Cruces Community Partners LLC (LCCP). In March of 2012, LCCP was selected by the City of Las Cruces as the Master Developer for the Downtown Las Cruces Redevelopment. LCCP constructed the new Civic Plaza in the heart of down town Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Plaza was sold as a turn-key project to the City of Las Cruces. The Plaza was completed and opened in September of 2016. LCCP has since partnered in the redevelopment of of other strategic properties in downtown Las Cruces.-Developed of over 20 Embassy Suite HotelsAcquired the Park Suite Hotel chain from Brock Hotels, developed the chain and later sold the Park Suite Hotel chain to the Sara Hotels of Stockholm, Sweden-In 1985, worked with America First Securities and E.F. Hutton to sponsor the first combined debt and equity real estate security offered on Wall Street.
