Lead and guide a team in the support of the Network Infrastructure for multiple sites across the United States. Implement, monitor and support LAN and WAN with an emphasis on layers one through four of the OSI protocol stack. Investigate performance and failure incidents using a variety of techniques and tools such as SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor, Netflow Traffic Analyzer and Wireshark Network Analyzer. Coordinate short term incident response and provide long term sustainable recommendations and solutions enabling better risk mitigation and incident avoidance.

IT Planning and DesignProposed, designed and implemented a robust, fully redundant, medical grade 10G infrastructure to improve overall network performance while ensuring reliability for existing and future IT initiatives, goals and objectives. Lead Department Heads, other groups and teams to successfully implement a Picture Archiving Computer System (PACS) and Storage Area Network (SAN).Interface with Department Heads and Department team members to successfully implement new technologies for both patient care and business needs. Design and implement a replacement network cabling infrastructure for Vertical (Single and Multi-Mode Fiber) and Horizontal (Cat 3 to Cat 6) cabling to support both Voice and Data. Provide assistance with Architects, Engineers and Contractors to facilitate major seismic structural upgrades with regard to the Voice and Data infrastructure while maintaining network integrity as well as construction of new facilities focusing on a comprehensive design of Voice and Data requirements and specifications.Implement several monitoring solutions with the purpose of proactive response as well as key measurements allowing for better overall IT management to increase performance and reduce downtime.

Provide technical support for Network Servers and software configuration for all Medical and business related systems. Responsible for the implementation and maintain the Vertical (Single and Multi-Mode Fiber) and Horizontal (Cat 3 to Cat 6) infrastructure for both voice and data communications. Implement, monitor and support LAN and WAN with an emphasis on layers one through four of the OSI protocol stack. Manage change control process, documentation, TCP/IP addresses and develop and maintain topology maps and network diagrams, used in debugging and quick identification of issues. Develop, configure and implement equipment of the converged technology infrastructure (voice/data).
