Hired to increase company’s portfolio in an underperforming market by finding unique approaches the company had not previously used in the commercial real estate market.Expectation was for first sale to be made around 6 month mark and I was able to produce in 3rd week. Have increased inherited pipeline by 200% in first 4 weeks through organic methods of cold calling, networking and affiliations the company had not previously considered while dealing with commercial property managers, commercial building owners and commercial developers.
