Solution architecture, patterns and practices, Domain Driven Design, SOLID principals, C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript frameworks, Next.js, headless web development, information architecture and usability.Team management, mentoring and spreading the knowledge of clean code and good solid architectural principals.In my career I have progressed through archaic web development of the 90ies and the marvels of CGI libraries to the AJAX hype of web 2.0 in the new millennium into the "maturity" of modern day web development sprinkled with the all so familiar html 5 enthusiasm and the rise of the mobile devices and now progressed to the new headless world of composable web architectures.Back in the day I also managed to become the first none Sitecore partner developer that was officially certified (Sitecore 4.2 or thereabout) and my love for Sitecore has always been deep and lasting. By now I have worked with Sitecore for so long that I have probably forgotten about twice as much as I have learned which most likely puts me in the Sitecore big league. This long and adventurous journey has lead me to realize that technologies are meant to change, evolve and eventually perish and in fact on their own technologies are rather unimportant. However there is one thing that will never perish and that is the principles and basic skills that define a true craftsman. So in the later years with inspiration from such great and profound mentors like Uncle Bob (Robert Martin) and others I have taken a great interest in the underlying principles and architectural concepts that holds true for all development regardless of technologies and platforms.Also with age comes responsibility and today my work is just as much (if not more) about leading and guiding fellow team developers, making architectural decisions and trying to understand and achieve the client's goals as it is about writing actual code and IT architecture has become my new battleground.
