I have over 6 years of experience in customer and technical support at Support Dot Com, including handling supervisor escalations. There I have become familiar with many remote and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, Pidgeon, and Spark. I developed many of my problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills in my work as a science teacher, where I taught physical science, special needs science, physics, and chemistry. I used MS Office products extensively in this position, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. While at Decker, I assisted in the MRP aspects of implementing enterprise management software.
