I am an Executive Officer and CPA with experience in all finance functions. I began my career with an international CPA firm as an auditor and audited a wide variety of companies and industries. Since leaving the CPA firm, I have been the CFO or Controller of six companies in different industries providing me more diverse training with regard to industries and computer and accounting systems. The teams that I have managed have ranged in size from as few as 2 to as many as 27. I am extremely loyal, motivated, competitive, accurate, high on integrity and respected by both my staff and the Presidents to whom I've reported. One of the owners who I worked for had a couple of expressions which I have embraced. One expression was "There are no bad facts. There are some facts that we like more than others, but we have to know the facts so that we can make good business decisions." The other expression was "No negative surprises." I am transparent and timely in all communications so that we can get ahead of potential problems and always make informed decisions.My career highlights are as follows:> Facilitated the sale of C.C.
