The principals of Information Leasing Corporation sold itself to Provident Bank in December 1996. ILC was privately owned prior to the acquisition. Developed ILC’s “Best of Both Worlds” strategy of creating uniquely branded, vertically integrated industry business divisions within the bigger enterprise. Conceived and began execution of our “de-captivation” strategy. Convinced ILC’s parent of the need for maintaining our branding strategy post acquisition by Provident Bank in December 2006. Provident Bank was subsequently acquired in 2004 by National City Bank.

First full time employee of this new start-up leasing company and critical part of 4 person team of principals. Delivered on goal of being viable and profitable day one while developing the future strategy that became ILC. Achieved an average annual growth rate of 25% during this period while creating enterprise value necessary for future flexibility in terms of growth or potential exit strategies.
