Bob Rinaldi is the President of Rinaldi Advisory Services (“RAS”). RAS specializes and has deep expertise in the equipment leasing & finance industry. RAS clients are independent equipment lessors, financial institutions, service providers, and manufacturers engaged in the U.S. equipment finance marketplace. Predominantly, Bob works with independents in developing their exit strategy to banks, and with banks wanting to enter the equipment leasing & finance business. Bob has had two successful exits to community banks to his credit.Rinaldi has served as EVP of PNC Equipment Finance, National City Commercial Capital (NC4), President of NC4 Canada, SVP of Provident Bank, and Executive Vice President and Principal at Information Leasing Corp. (ILC), later acquired by Provident. Bob and his 3 co-founders grew from a startup to become the 5th largest bank-owned leasing company.Rinaldi is a Past-Chair and Director of the ELFA, a member of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation’s Research Subcommittee and Development Committee, a past Trustee of the Foundation, and past Chairman of ELFA’s LeasePAC. Bob is currently serving as a director of the National Equipment Finance Association (“NEFA”).
